How can we actually live “in Spirit” day by day in our lives? Each intensive monthly workshop will begin with meditative worship, deepen into group or individual practice, and be guided by wisdom drawn from the various traditions of spiritual wisdom. These will include not only Abrahamic and East Asian truths, but the more ancient, earth-rooted spiritualities as well.  With special attention to very specific dimensions of our days and weeks, rich sharing from our own journeys, and wisdom from the great spiritual traditions, we’ll explore these questions.
