April Poems on TRUST

Dear Friends of Interweave’s Writing Circle,
We hope this note finds you well. Back in April, when we were a month into the stay-at-home orders here, the Writing Circle took up the theme of TRUST. If we were to be still, what might we learn about the nature of Trust? If we could stop and listen in the midst of fear and uncertainty, what would we hear?
Enclosed is what came from the quiet, with gratitude to all of our contributors:
Trust, like a Hummingbird By Lisa Atkins
In Between Notes  By Kristy Cerullo
PTSD* SPEAKS  By Margaret A. Dukes   (*Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
Weeping Willow  By Margaret A. Dukes
Grief  By Margaret A. Dukes
CREDO  By Roberta Francis
Pondering Hafiz – Writing with You during the Pandemic  By Eileen Gerety
I Sat with Trust The Other Day  By Lorri Lizza

We hope you’ll enjoy our April poems and always feel welcome to share your own writings. Here’s to Trust!
Warm Regards,
Lorri and the Writing Circle
