Often referred to as the “soul” of the Torah, the Kabbalah is an ancient Jewish mystical tradition which offers a comprehensive overall structure and plan for the universe, as well as a detailed understanding of the particulars of our lives.This course builds on our introduction to Jewish Mysticism as we continue to explore stories from the Zohar but all are welcome. Rabbi Deb Smith (Reb Deb) leads us on this journey through the four worlds. There will be prayer and sharing each week as we accompany one another on this journey.Rabbi Debra Smith is the founder and spiritual leader of Or Ha Lev Jewish Renewal Congregation. Rabbi Deb serves as Rabbi in Residence at the Drew University Theological Seminary in NJ.
