Join us for Movements in Grace. This class is a breath-centered practice that encourages students to explore their own personal edge with purpose. Breath, asana and meditation are interwoven to align the heart and mind through our body. You will notice how Yoga can infuse the everyday. Beginner and seasoned practitioners are welcomed.
A challenge to experienced individuals and support to individuals new to yoga. Work at your individual level as you are guided through a flow practice.
Nancy Nusbaum is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor.
